Streaming SMS - how does it differ from bulk sms?

Streaming SMS takes place when all messages sent have different text and sender ID. Bulk SMS is sent when all messages sent have the same sender ID and contains the same text. This distinction between Streaming SMS gateways and bulk sms gateways, was made in 2003/2004 when the bulk SMS industry reached its peak.
