You have the choice of entering a mobile number in the "To" box or select a number or numbers from the address book. We will first explain how to send messages without the address book as users have a choice to send:
single text messages
Unicode messsages
Black and white only pictures
Bulk sms
Simply enter the mobile number which you wish to deliver to into the "To " text box. All numbers that you wish to send text messages to have to be in International format: Country Code + Area code + Mobile Number.
For example:
If your country code is 1 for North America and your number is (613)555-1212 simply put in 16135551212.
The GSM standard of 160 characters for English messages applies. While typing the message you will note the counter keeping track of the number of characters left in the counter box. Messages that exceed 160 characters will be delivered as 2 messages and 2 credits will be deducted from the user´s account.
Decide if you wish to keep a history of the message, if so tick the history box. If you wish to send the sms on a specific day, date and time it could be scheduled by selecting the appropriate options just before the "Send SMS" button. Once done, click on "Send SMS"
