SMS warehouse is a division of E-SPECTATIONS.COM which has been involved in GSM technology since 2000 (prior to that E-SPECTATIONS.COM was involved with mobile satellite communications in Africa as International sales and marketing consultant to Station Africa Telecoms).

E-SPECTATIONS.COM specialise in the convergence of mobile and web technologies whereas SMS warehouse focus on text messaging solutions for end users and resellers. The company launched a free downloadable desktop tool for users to send sms from their pc to mobile phones backed up by web sms, allowing end users to do internet messaging.

The web site also includes WAP bookmarking and business cards. Other services include the use of a HTTP API for easy incorporation into web sites or SMPP 3.4 connectivity for bulk sms and streaming sms clients.

In April 2005 SMS warehouse and its partners launched Unicode (multi-lingual sms) on the web site.

Our latest venture includes a partnership with FirefoxIE. In June 2005 we launched the FirefoxIE SMS toolbar with which users could send sms from their browser. This allows users the choice to send sms from their desktop, browser or this desktop with the use of one username and password.
