What is the Paypal Authorisation form?
Why must I sign it and is it once-off or must I sign every time I buy SMS credit?
The Paypal authorisation form is required based on Paypal's recommended selling procedures.
This form is required to prevent any credit card fraud, chargebacks and it is to the clients' best interest to print, sign and return the form to us as it serves as proof that you are our client and that you authorised SMSwarehouse to process your transactions.
You only need to complete Paypal authorisation once before your first purchase.
SMSwarehouse billing department also requires clients' invoicing details such as contact numbers, address and contact person. As a registered company, we are required by law to issue invoices only to clients that provide valid information.
Once again, receiving an invoice and receipt for money sent is to the clients' advantage and best interest especially if you are a corporate client even if you pay using Paypal.
